The year is 2490.
In the wake of Lily, aetherization units which claim to transition organic brain matter into immortal inorganic essence, human civilization is brought to an end by the invention of cerebral "transcendence." This phenomenon sweeps across the Earth and transforms human cities into rotting husks. The few people that remain wander an abandoned civilization, hounded by the monsters and automatons left in its wake.
Azure Rain is a piece of science-fiction imagineered by Saiorse Trotter for After-Ever, LLC. Although the project was put on hold due to backend developer complications, its high concept remains the intellectual property of After-Ever LLC.
